1.1 COMPANY BACKGRAOUND
IMPILO RABBIT FARM was founded by two individuals by the names of STANLEY MAPHANGA and COLLINS MTETI soshanguve and the y went to a course in RUST DE WINTER were they did animal production and rabbit farming the course was organised by AGRISETA and KWINDLA INSTITUDE in december 2016,they were later joined by GILBERT MASEKO and BOB MABASO in june 2017 s partners at IMPILO COOPERATIONS
they then noticed that they ca contribute to south africa by introducing the rabbit meat to the communities rabbit meat is highly recommended by the HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION and is very good for people with disabilities for it's protein.Rabbit meat was commercialised for farming in 2014 for it's health benefit
1.2 PHILOSOPHY
It is the belief of the entity
that the survival of any business is determined by the three factors that have to work in TANDEM,PRODUCT,PRICE AND DELIVERY TIME.No one can emphasize enough the importance of a high quality product that is competitive priced and delivered to a customer at agreed time frames.To achieve this,we have to constantly offer an amazing customer service that is characterised by reliability,honest and integrity

To be able to provide more services as a black empowered business training the country and to provide skills and training for the rabbit production and farming methods.The services that the impilo farm will offer to the country won't just eradicate crime and poverty but will also decrease unemployment rate in south africa.
